I had a pleasant stay with a spacious room and impressive soundproofing—you could hardly hear the planes outside! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during meal requests, which made the experience enjoyable. the room could have used a little more attention to cleanliness.

Nice and comfy stay

Family room was spacious and comfy, included a kitchenette for easy snack prep. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids, really nice atmosphere and very inviting. Spa facilities were clean and offered a relaxing escape after a long journey. Wi-Fi was fast, so we stayed connected with no issues.

I enjoyed using the swimming pool and steam room during my stay. After a long journey, it felt good to unwind in the water and just relax. The staff were friendly and helped me with my requests, adding to the experience.

One issue I faced was that the sauna was not hot enough due to a gap at the door. This took away from the overall relaxation I was hoping to find.

The mattress was heavenly—like sleeping on a cloud! And the bathroom? Well stocked with all the goodies! Plus, my room had a lovely view that made the night's sleep a treat.

But good heavens, the shower was an icebox! I half-expected penguins to join me in there!

I loved my stay here, especially with Hounslow Urban Farm just about 900 meters away for a lovely weekend stroll and the gorgeous Cranford Country Park only a few minutes away, perfect for enjoying the greenery after my city explorations. the friendly staff made everything feel welcoming during my visit.

Convenient getaway near the airport

Staying here was super easy! The tube at Hatton Cross is literally next door, so getting to the terminals was a breeze. The room was fine, decent size, and the restaurant had some good options, but they took forever to serve our food. Just a heads-up, if you have heavy luggage, the stairs at the station could be tricky!
